Comedian Sings Classic Rock Songs, But With An ”Older” Twist

Music lovers, you'll want to see this. Baby boomers, you'll really want to see this! Trust me.

Tim Hawkins is a comedian, entertainer, and musician. In the video below, Tim performs some of the most classic rock 'n roll songs of all time… but with a little twist. You see, Tim believes that rock stars should update their lyrics over time to appropriately fit their own ages, and the ages of their loyal audience members. From Eric Clapton and Neil Young, to Garth Brooks and The Eagles, no rock star is spared from Tim's updated versions of their infamous lyrics.

For example, Tim tweaked Eric Clapton's original lyrics, If you want to hang out, you've gotta take her out, cocaine…

…If you got a bald spot and wanna keep what you got, Rogaine.

Needless to say, Tim's entire six-minute performance below is hilarious. According to Tim's bio on his website, he gave up his job as a truck driver in 2002. Since then, he's been delighting music fans everywhere with a genuinely funny comedy show that caters to the entire family. With over 300 million views on YouTube and 110 sold out show dates every year, Tim has started a "gut-busting grassroots revolution of multi-generational proportions."
