Combat and war can be completely overwhelming, and these American soldiers understand the importance of humor and light-hearted fun as a way to alleviate stress and tension.
Veterans of war commonly experience combat/operational stress (COS) and Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), making it all the more important for our soldiers to stay as positive as possible.
Even as they risk their lives fighting for our country in some of the world's bleakest places, our troops still know how to crack a joke and make each other (and us!) smile.
