The Groomsmen Lined Up. When The Music Starts Playing? I’m On The Floor!

This is unusual. I remember back in my day, the groomsmen merely walked attendees to their seats to maintain the pivotal balance of not seating Chatty Aunt Kathy next to Stoic Aunt Bess, so as to avoid further feuding.

Back then, the bride and groom would awkwardly dance to "You Are So Beautiful." Then we'd do the "Electric Slide" and go home with an extra slice of cake.

Nowadays, wedding ceremonies and receptions like to riff and remix wedding traditions. I think it is kind of awesome. There's nothing wrong with making your special day a little bit more special by treating your guests to something a little unexpected. However, it appears the groomsmen these days have a few more responsibilities, some of which are a little more embarrassing than centuries of tradition has dictated.

In the video, the groomsmen are called up to center stage one-by-one by the (very goofy) MC. The bride and groom wait patiently. Their faces look completely clueless. What the heck is going on here exactly?

The music plays then it all becomes clear. The bride's reaction is completely priceless. She totally didn't see it coming.

At the 2:50 mark, my soul officially left its body.
