Cutting fruit is supposedly the simplest thing in the world, but if you've ever tried it in large quantities, you know it's not as simple as it looks. We've learned how to peel pomegranates and bananas, but what about citrus? Citrus can be hard to handle and annoying to cut – almost to the point where most people forgo the act of cutting it altogether and just buy the pre-cut fruit at the store.
But now, thanks to this video, you can cut citrus like a pro!
I had actually never thought of cutting the bottom and the top of the fruit off to keep it from rolling, but it's such a simple idea, I wish I had thought of it ages ago! And the proper way to actually slice the segments? Now all my citrus slices are going to look professional!
