True love certainly doesn't let age get in the way. And it definitely doesn't let disability get in the way either.
There are countless moving and heartwarming stories about the power of love overcoming the adversity of disability, like this incredible paralyzed father who got to dance at his daughter's wedding. These kinds of stories prove that anything is possible when true love is involved.
And for one couple in China, love doesn't seem to be a problem at all.
Xu Suobao and his wife Zhoushu Di have been married for an incredible 50 years. Having spent so long by each others' sides, this couple has faced their fair share of adversity.
Zhoushu Di suffers from rheumatism, which causes severe pain and inflammation in her joints and muscles. As a result, walking everywhere has become too difficult and painful, making an electric wheelchair necessary.
Unfortunately, in his old age, Xu Suobao can't keep up with his wife's fast-moving chair. So in an effort to stay right by her side at all times, he built something absolutely extraordinary.

At the ages of 79 and 75, respectively, Xu Suobao and his wife Zhoushu Di haven't been able to get around as easily as they used to. Zhoushu Di has suffered from painful rheumatism for almost 40 years, requiring the use of a wheelchair to travel around the city of Luoyang in China.
Xu told Chinese news, "She always wants to go around outside, go to the park, to the hospital. She would 'drive' her wheelchair and I would follow along behind. But if the distance was too great, then I simply couldn't keep up. But I would worry if she went off alone, so I made some changes to her wheelchair."
Wanting to stay by her side, Xu made some modifications to his wife's wheelchair by adding a trolley system that included a foldable chair for him to ride in!
Traveling in tandem, the happy couple and their unique chair have been spotted all over the city, making them local celebrities. In fact, the city has dubbed their vehicle the "wheelchair of love."
The clever contraption comes complete with a toilet in case of emergencies, and it runs on battery power. The trolley and chair also fold up in case Xu has to push his wife up a hill or on a narrow pathway.
China's social media has gone so far as to dub the duo as "the most beautiful couple in China." When asked about her husband, Zhoushu Di said, "He's been so good to me."
The love between this couple of 50 years is not only incredible, but inspirational. Their "wheelchair of love" truly proves the lasting power of true love and highlights the amazing lengths people will go just to be together.
