Your mere presence can light up a room. In fact, the natives of the Inca Empire worshipped a giant sunflower for its unique beauty and priestesses wore large sunflower disks made of gold on their garments.
You’re also comforting and help people when they’re in need. Sunflower seeds were a sacred food for Native American tribes living in the plains regions, who placed bowls of sunflower seeds on graves to sustain the dead in their after life journey.
Like the large sun, which this flower is named after, you also have a big personality that is bubbly and energetic, but may grate on those who are less so. If you encounter someone who doesn’t appreciate your brand of sunshine, try to hold your tongue and allow the radiance of your good vibes to do the talking instead. They’ll eventually come around.
