It seems that he's simply wearing a multi-colored pair of swimming trunks. The camera must have accidentally been at the perfect angle to make it appear as if the smaller woman's legs were morphing into the man's. Either way, this is a pretty crazy illusion, even if it were just an accident. It still hurts my brain!
