There's something about the employees of Chick-Fil-A that is always so welcoming. From the young teenagers working at their first jobs to the responsible managers making sure everything runs smoothly, there is just a certain magic that this fast food restaurant has that brings people back time and time again.
Along with their tasty milkshakes and classic waffle fries, at the end of the day, it's really the people that make this experience so amazing. Just like the one Chick-Fil-A employee who loved America so much he felt the need to belt out a stunning version of "God Bless The U.S.A.," these people are all wonderful additions to their community and really show the importance of hiring the right people to work at your restaurant.
So when YouTube user Dave Foulk rolled up to his local Chick-Fil-A restaurant, he decided to turn his camera on and ask one of these employees a simple question, "How do you stay in a good mood all day?" The young man's response is simple, honest, and amazing to hear!
This young man kept a respectful tone and happily explained his own personal beliefs. He felt safe enough working at his company to express himself freely without fear of being in trouble. Maybe that's why everyone that works at Chick-Fil-A is such a joy to be around.
