Who would have ever expected a giant dog and a tiny newborn chick to have such a close relationship?!
The following video is simply beautiful — and can show us humans a lot about friendship and love.
Here we have Gohan the husky and a precious baby chicken who was found by the dog's owners on the street with no mother around. This tiny baby never stood a chance on her own in the wild, but luckily she now has a family to look out for her.
At first, I was worried that Gohan would be aggressive with the sweet angel and do something to hurt her, but what he does instead completely knocked the wind out of me. Gohan actually started to look after the orphaned baby and treated her like his own.
Their special bond makes my heart sing. Why can't we all treat people who are different with such kindness and compassion?
