His Dogs Didn’t Behave Until He Said The “Magic Word.” Now I Can’t Stop Laughing!

Meet Molly and Jack, two adorable dogs bursting with energy. Much like human siblings, these two pups like to horse around — much to the frustration of their owner, Mark.

But play fighting, as irksome as it can be, is perfectly normal and quite healthy for dogs. During these playful bouts, it's normal for dogs to "mouth" one another, wrestle, nip, and pin each other down. It's an important form of doggy development and communication, and it's great exercise to boot. This is how pups figure out what is and isn't acceptable behavior, discover how their bodies work, and learn how to interact with other animals and the world around them.

However, it's important to know when the play fighting has gone too far. Some signs of this include low-pitched growls, biting near the neck, and yelping from the dogs when pinned down. When you see play fighting like this, it's important to separate the dogs, as they must understand such aggression is not acceptable.

But, as you'll see in the video below, Molly and Jack's playing is clearly very healthy and loving!

And when their owner has had enough, he has one magical word that immediately stops them in their tracks. I was shocked by how abruptly their wrestling match ended!
