If you need a little respite from your workday or regular routine, we’ve got an adorable video that’s sure to strike a chord in the heart of any dog lover.
Basset hounds are a special breed of howlers. They’re generally pretty amiable dogs, and they're fantastic scent hounds (their short stature make them great for ground tracking). They love to sing, and you need look no further than this basset howling while playing piano to show just how darling this breed really is. They’re also notoriously pack-oriented and make great companions for other dogs. As evidence, check out a video we posted of a band of merry puppies that all pile into a small dog igloo like it's some sort of clown car.
Basset hounds certainly aren’t for the quiet variety of households, but that doesn’t mean there aren’t the perfect pet parents out there for these darlings. And for any hound-loving dog enthusiasts, the below video is sure to put a smile on your face. These two lazy babies, Cooper (brown) and Jahko (black) are lounging in the sun for a midday nap when they start an impromptu sing-a-long. But you have to watch until the end, because another cutie appears to have slept through the whole thing!
And pass on the smiles! SHARE this adorable with your friends!
