If your dog weighs more than you lift at the gym, or even half of your own weight, it may be time to stop picking them up.
But who are we kidding? No matter how big our puppies get, we just can't help ourselves and give them a "lift" now and then.
Plus, injured or old doggies sometimes need a helping hand (er, arm), so lift away! Work those arm muscles and make your dog love you 10x more than he already does, if that's even possible.
Lifting big puppies sure beats the gym, though, doesn't it?
