Anyone who's ever owned a dog knows that our four-legged friends will often bark at the funniest things, and this protective bulldog is no exception. When he sees another dog in his home, he lets the intruder know exactly who's the boss around here. The only problem is, his opponent is just a shadow on the wall created by his goofy human dad. The interaction between these two has given me an uncontrollable case of the giggles!
Just like this playful pup who's having a blast with his own shadow, this burly bulldog doesn't seem to understand that the "creature" on the wall isn't even real. If that's not a compliment to this guy's shadow puppetry skills, I don't know what is. To be fair, though, it's not just dogs who freak out over the idea of two-dimensional dark shapes — this toddler completely freaked out when she discovered she couldn't get rid of her pesky shadow!
Although I love every part of this cute video, my favorite thing about it has to be the hilarious noises the dog's dad is making. I'd be a bit weirded out if I heard that noise in my house, too! And don't worry; according to the vocal pooch's mom, this dog truly barks at everything and was likely just enjoying having something else to talk to. Does he look like a scaredy cat to you?
