It's true that most of today's cats are far from wild. Their ancestors traded hunting and living in nature many generations ago, and that's okay.
Instead, modern cats enjoy pretty cushy lives by comparison, with meals fed to them and lazy days spent basking in the sun.
For one furry feline named Charlie, his lazy life of luxury was put on hold one morning when he noticed some birds in his owner's yard while sitting on the patio.
For Charlie, his feathered prey is constantly just outside of his reach, as he's stuck behind the windows in his owner's house. He takes the hunt seriously though, and begins to stalk the troublesome trespassers, tracking their every move with his eyes.
This must be a regular routine for Charlie, because on this particular morning, his owner has set up a camera to catch her cat's hilarious behavior.
Practicing his best stealth moves, Charlie crouches low, like a big, wild cat on the hunt for his dinner. But as if his stalking isn't hilarious enough, the camera catches the cat making the funniest sound, almost like he's talking to his prey.
