How To Make Frozen Apple Treats Your Dog Will Love

With the temperatures warming up, I'm planning on spending a lot more time outdoors with my dog. So as the weather gets hot, frozen treats are great for keeping dogs cool on a hot summer day.

For me, I always want to make sure that my pup is happy and healthy, which is why I absolutely love making frozen treats made with apple and chicken broth for my dog. Not only does he enjoy these homemade all-natural treats, I feel great knowing he will be eating something that is healthy for him, too. Plus, this simple treat idea is a cinch to make.

There are many benefits to making your own dog treats at home because you can control what goes into the recipe and ensure that your pet is getting a nutritious snack. These frozen delights should be used as a supplement to a well-balanced diet, like AvoDerm Natural Pet Food, and will certainly cool down your pup on a warm day. (As you'll see below, Smokey the rare silver pug did the official taste test — and it looks like we have one very satisfied customer.)
