Smart Little Coati Knows How To Play Connect 4, But Can He Beat His Owner?

Our furry friends can be taught to do some pretty amazing things.

Incredibly intelligent and attentive to their humans' commands, some animals can be taught to flip, fetch, and fly through the air.

Dogs can even be taught to dance, like this Australian shepherd — you won't believe the kinds of moves she's memorized with the help of her human!

And dogs aren't the only ones that can learn to do decidedly human things. Parrots and monkeys are also very open to tricks.

But we bet you've never seen an animal perform a trick like the one in the video down below — we also bet you've never seen the animal before!

Living with his owner André in Germany, Sunny the coati loves to play games.

Coatis are part of the raccoon family, with thinner tails and big, long snouts.

Sunny loves to play with André so much that he's actually learned to engage in games… to some extent.

He's actually learned how to play Connect 4 by fitting the little tokens in the slot while waiting for his opponent to place his.

The only problem, apparently, is that he hasn't developed the urge to win. He mostly just likes to fit in as many tokens as he can!

Check out Sunny and his special skills below. Between his cool Connect 4 playing and his peculiar appearance, he's totally entertaining!

And don't forget to SHARE the little guy with friends and family on Facebook.
