Woman Sees Man Shove Skinny Dalmatian Out Of Car Into Moving Traffic, So She Jumps Into Action

In Boca Raton, Florida, one woman turned a potential tragedy into a story of hope. Lisa Gabrielle, 23 years old, took matters into her own hands after seeing something horrifying happening to a poor, innocent dalmatian.

Gabrielle was driving home this past Saturday, February 11, when her eyes took notice of a truly horrible sight.

A black SUV was slowing down while moving along the road.

Then someone, allegedly a man, according to Gabrielle, pushed an emaciated dalmatian out of the passenger door window.

After realizing what had happened to him, the dog tried to chase after the SUV.

Gabrielle couldn't let this stand. She stopped her car, ran after the dog, and took him home with her.

"My heart just broke. I started crying,” she said. “I didn’t know what to do.”

Gabrielle and the dalmatian, named Buster, spent the night cuddling, as she tried to comfort him.

The next day, Gabrielle took Buster to the Tri-County Animal Rescue, in the hopes the organization could help bring Buster back on his feet.

According to them, he is about 20 pounds underweight.

“I can’t imagine who in their right mind or who would even ever think of such a horrific act to take a dog and throw the dog out of the car,” said Suzi Goldsmith, cofounder and CEO of the organization.

Once his weight is up, the shelter has made it their mission to find Buster "the perfect home."
