Hunter Approaches Baby Deer In The Forest And Notices Weird Orange Scarf Around His Neck

In many parts of the United States, hunting is a sport families love to practice. Like any sport, there are rules about when, where, and how to participate.

But hunters aren't heartless, cruel people who kill for fun — they too appreciate and love the animals of the forest, and more than we think! In fact, they may even have a deeper respect for animals like deer, elk, and bears than most of us.

Just because a deer, for example, is in close proximity doesn't mean the animal will immediately be shot down.

Many hunters have proven that quite the opposite happens: To be closer to nature, they want to experience the world through the eyes of an animal, in a way. One hunter noticed a baby deer inching closer and closer to him, but it wasn't the animal's behavior that caught his attention.

It was the orange scarf around his neck.

The hunter, Brian Powers, filmed his encounter with the deer, and the orange garment is very apparent, even from a distance.

Hunters are required to wear orange so they don't blend in with their background. People are much less likely to be shot by a fellow hunter when wearing the bright color, and deer conveniently cannot distinguish among the colors orange, red, yellow, and green.

Clearly, someone wanted this friendly deer to live, and gave him the colorful garment to discourage hunters from pulling the trigger.

Please SHARE if this amazing encounter and the animal's scarf totally blow your mind!
