If you're a pet owner, you'll do anything to make your animal as comfy as possible.
Just like these clever DIY-ers who made an amazing air-conditioned doggy bed, crafty pet owners are endlessly inventive when it comes to creating something special for their furry friends.
Over the years, I've seen a lot of awesome dog-inspired DIY projects. But when one Imgur user invented this for his puppy? Well, it just blew me away!
With some basic hardware (and a whole lot of love), this pet owner built his very own DIY doggy trailer — complete with windows and a totally unique, vintage look. It's the perfect way to ride around town with your very best friend, and look hip while doing it. Best of all? It's completely safe for you and your pup!

Imgur user "pdxscout" started by picking up a used trailer base to function as the main support for his doggy carriage.

He measured and cut both sides of the trailer from a few hefty pieces of plywood.

He added braces to form the main support for the ceiling.

He also removed two holes from the sides as windows for his dog to look out of while traveling.

Before long, his dog Katie was already getting comfortable in the space.

The trailer really started to come together after this crafty DIY-er attached the ceiling and installed these vintage, "porthole"-style windows.

With a safety door attached to the back, he began the painting process by applying a coat of primer.

He then painted the entire carriage, choosing a funky white and turquoise color palette.

He attached the adorable doggy trailer to his bike and was on his way!

Better still? The trailer easily unhooks from his bike, converting into a perfectly convenient dog crate.

This incredible DIY doggy trailer is the perfect way to travel with man's best friend, and the results are absolutely impressive.
