ANIMAL LOVERS UNITE: Abused Dog Hog-Tied In The Park! We Must Find The Person Who Did This!

Police in the UK have rescued a poor Boxer dog that was horribly abused and dumped in Sloughbottom Park in Norwich. The frightened dog was found with his legs hog-tied and a cable cord wrapped around his neck, leaving him unable to move.

Police officers and RSPCA inspectors are taking care of the dog — which they have called Spencer — and are making sure he receives proper veterinary care. The dog appears to be relatively healthy, but is obviously in pain from being tied up.

Officers are currently trying to track down the person responsible and take action. Anyone with information about the incident should contact the RSPCA. Please SHARE this story with everyone you know!
