Most dogs love to play fetch, but Irie does things a little differently than you might imagine. Her owner, Julio, knows a thing or two about bouncing a soccer ball, and it appears that this talented dog has picked up on it, too. While on a beach in Australia, these two BFFs had a blast volleying their favorite toy back and forth, and both of them are so good at their game, it's impossible to look away!
Every time I think I'm remotely good at a sport, I always discover that there's a dog who is much better than I am. This hockey-loving pooch is way better at guarding the net than I (or many of my NHL enthusiast friends) could ever dream of being! I'd definitely prefer to watch dogs play sports than spend hours in front of the TV watching human athletes get paid millions of dollars to do it, wouldn't you?
What I really love about watching Irie and Julio play together is how easy it is to see their special bond. They say that dogs are man's best friend, and these two definitely seem to support that theory! I'd love to see a soccer match between Irie and this incredibly talented pup, and I bet I could find plenty of people who'd agree with me.
