Lorna and Lucy, two baby Dachshunds dropped off at a no-kill shelter in California, spent most of their time huddled together, fearful of the other big dogs around them. They didn't know where they were, or when someone would come save them.
Luckily, after they were featured on an adoption website, a new forever family decided to travel 200 miles to come and pick them up – finally giving them the life they always deserved!
You can practically see the smiles on their faces! Nothing is more beautiful than a happy dog, except maybe two happy dogs!
This is why adoption is such an important, wonderful thing to do!
