Frank the Dachshund was abused, neglected, and spent almost his entire life outside and ignored. To make matters worse, his was now deaf due to an ear infection that went untreated.
Although the few part of his life was pure misery, an amazing couple came and saved Frank! With daily doses of TLC, sweet Frank went from being a dog afraid of the world, to the happiest dog in the world!
