Oh my gosh. I’m glad this cop was nearby to help this pooch. And, thank goodness, the dog appeared to be okay after he was freed. He ran off…and where he wound up running to totally surprised this helpful police officer. Please SHARE this video to bring attention to this issues surrounding animal neglect, abuse, and rescue.
