I've seen lots of talented dogs before, but none of them have impressed me as much as Matisse. This smart, energetic border collie and her loving owner, Jules, have an incredible bond that's even more apparent when they get on stage. Jules has always known that Matisse was a special pup, but I doubt that she ever thought these two would make it all the way to Britain's Got Talent. But as soon as they started their act, no one in the audience had any doubt that they should be there.
Dogs have been known to learn some pretty crazy tricks. I thought I'd seen it all when this dog painted and played basketball, but Matisse managed to memorize an entire performance! It's incredible how she knows all the movements without needing any obvious cues from Jules. These two must have rehearsed a lot, just like these pups that know how to play the piano! Just like the judges said, these two had an absolutely flawless performance.
It's great watching these two best friends perform their charming and hilarious routine, but for me, the best part is how clearly you can see their bond. Jules and Matisse are proof that dogs and humans really can be best friends. There are plenty of talented competitors on this season of Britain's Got Talent, but I think I'll be rooting for these two to win it all.
