While the lives of celebrities often seem glamorous and perfect from the outside, there is often a dark side to their luxurious lifestyles. Having all that money and power can often intrigue criminals, who want what they have.
Celebrities are targeted by thieves for everything you can think of – money, jewels, clothing, cars, even their identities! However, nothing is more terrifying than the kidnapping of someone they love, usually their famous pet. Katie Holmes is the latest victim of a possible thief. Only a few short weeks ago, Katie adopted a tiny Chihuahua for her 8-year-old daughter, Suri. This past Sunday, August 24th, the pup vanished from the family's Beverly Hills lawn with no collar on her.
While it's unclear whether the pup, named Honey, was kidnapped or slipped through the home's front gates, one thing is certain – the family is completely distraught by the thought of their terrified pup, who also answers to "Maple" being lost forever. Katie is reportedly offering a $1,000 reward to anyone with information on the Chihuahua's whereabouts.
