Waking up in the morning can sometimes feel like an insurmountable feat. I know that there are days when it feels like I could sleep forever, and I hit the snooze until it's just about time to leave the apartment for work. I know I'm not alone on this! Everyone has those days when it feels like your body is a stone sinking deeper and deeper into sleep as soon as the alarm goes off. When you wake up and the skies are gray, your window is sprinkled with raindrops, and your whole room glows with a soft, quiet blue, it takes a lot to tear yourself from the sheets.
Working adults are certainly not the only ones who experience this. This baby was so tired one day, he finally had to give in, topple over, and use his pup as a pillow. This is most likely the cutest example of a sleepy baby you'll see for a long time.
Animals do this all the time, too. If you've ever picked a cat up after a long nap in a patch of sun by the back door, you know the feeling of their sleepy body in your arms.
When this dog was too tired to come when his dad called his name, he protested in the most adorable way.
