It's a proven fact that dogs are natural caretakers, no matter the breed. Time and time again, we've seen dogs love and nurture their fellow canine, their humans, and even plenty of other kinds of animals. Some may show their love in a more stern way, but dogs still remain loyal and loving.
What has hurt them the most in terms of finding good homes has been stereotyping. Breeds like the pit bull and the Rottweiler have unfairly been given a violent and hateful reputation while other breeds are beloved, although there isn't any real difference. Personally, I've never met a pit bull that wasn't kind, gentle, and just in search of someone to play with and love them. They may have a more muscular frame, but that doesn't mean they're ready to pounce and use those muscles at any moment.
Breeds like pit bulls are victims to the poor homes they often get placed in, even though they're just as loving as any other dog. Don't believe us? Take a look at the video below.
Look at this vicious brute of a pit bull and how she treats these little ducklings. Isn't it awful? Well, actually, it's quite the opposite of what most people would expect. She showers the little ducks with kisses and behaves with nothing but the utmost care and love. This is a pit bull that was lucky enough to find a home that knew she could be just as sweet as any golden retriever or Labrador!
