Police officers often see many kinds of horrors that they cannot avoid or are sometimes unable to stop.
Sheriff's Deputy Trevor Reeves was thankfully able to act as the guardian angel and rescuer to one dog that truly needed him.
Stevie Wonder is a blind pit bull with a sweet disposition. But sadly for Stevie, he was attacked by a pack of dogs he'd formerly considered family.
His owner's other dogs bit and scarred him pretty badly. After the attack, the owner dumped all of the dogs at a shelter. But Stevie's injuries were pretty bad.
That is when Trevor contacted Tia from Pit Bulls and Parolees. He knew she was the person to step in and help Stevie.
In the video below, Trevor finally gets to reunite with Stevie after the fateful night of the attack. Trevor gets so emotional, he actually has to wipe away tears!
