Da Mao, a panda at the Toronto Zoo in Toronto, Canada, recently surprised visitors when he had an unusual encounter with a snowman.
After a large snowfall, zookeepers decided to build Da Mao a friend: a snowman the size of a panda. They assumed Da Mao would like the company of the friendly snowman, but Da Mao's playful personality didn't let the snowman hang out for long.
At first, Da Mao was intrigued by the snowman, circling it and getting his bearings. Then he began petting the snowman with his large paws, pulling off chunks of snow as he did so.
Sitting next to the snowman, Da Mao lost his balance, falling backwards after trying unsuccessfully to grab onto his snowman friend. Then it becomes clear that Da Mao wants to defeat this snowman, so he climbs atop it, balancing on the head.
He turns around while standing on the snowman's head, but then the head breaks loose and tumbles to the ground — with Da Mao still attached.
Not ready to be defeated, Da Mao climbs back on top of the snowman's body, but continues over and over to fall off the giant snowball. He slides, rolls, and face plants, making for some pretty funny clips.
By the end of their wrestling match, Da Mao is covered in snow, but still seems like he enjoyed himself.
