Jade is a blue-eyed pit bull mix, and she has got a very special talent.
When her mommy asks her if there's anything she would like to say, boy, does she answer.
Let's just say, Jade is a lot like Mishka the talking dog.
Dogs are able to learn so much from us and in return they teach us how to be more patient and affectionate. In fact, the very existence of dogs is totally contingent on their relationship with humans.
According to Smithsonian Magazine, "The genius of dogs is that they use probably the most powerful tool on Earth to solve problems—humans. At one point in wolf evolution, a group of wolves decided to take advantage of humans, and they have been really successful because of it."
Needless to say, much of our evolution and progress is linked with our relationship to dogs. Where would we be without the beloved animals to protect, hunt, and detect for us? What's even more interesting is that dogs evolved differently than other animals. Survival wasn't about being the toughest dog so much as being the most empathetic.
"Dogs domesticated themselves through a natural process, where the less aggressive, most friendly, tolerant individuals actually did much better."
When I watched the video below I couldn't help but think of these facts. Jade's human obviously trained her to react this way but that doesn't mean Jade isn't saying exactly how she feels.
