We all know that we have a lot to learn when we're babies. Sometimes it takes another person or loved one to help us figure things out.
We all say we always learn from our elders, and it seems clear that many animals do too.
In the video below, two little dogs are playing around near the stairs. The all-white dog is older than the brown and white puppy, so although the white one leaves the camera's frame at first, after a minute he realizes the little puppy is terrified and is still standing of the edge of the stairs.
As the brown and white puppy jumps around, anxious and nervous about getting too close to the edge, the white dog comes right back.
He tries to tempt the puppy to come off the ledge, then gets up there with him to try to show him how to do it. You can just imagine them having a little conversation as they stand there looking at each other.
Although it does take a while, this dog ends up leading by great example, and the little puppy hops right off of the stairs and runs away with his big brother.
We all know dogs aren't quite humans, but it looks like we love them, and they love each other, like they are!
