The poor thing is so skinny you can see his ribs. Rocky finds out that the dog was found running around a Chick-fil-A by someone who turned him in.

The sad part about this poor dog is he has a microchip, and the shelter has been trying to contact his owners but isn’t having any luck. Just seeing the way this dog starts to slowly get comfortable and loving toward Rocky makes me want to go adopt him myself! Rocky Kanaka proves that every dog deserves a second chance and a loving forever home. We need more people like him in the world!
