If there's one thing we know about canines it's that they love taking walks. I'm not sure if it's the fresh air or the fact that they get a chance to explore or even it's because they know that outside is where they do their business, but they just love getting leashed up and walked around the block.
Surprisingly, we've seen quite a few video examples of some unconventional walking pairs in the past. Sure, we've seen dogs walking dogs before, like this adorable example of a Labrador walking a Dachshund, but there have also been viral videos that show a cat walking a dog, and even one rare example of a teeny-tiny pooch taking a huge horse out for a stroll.
Whatever it is, some dogs just seem to have that innate instinct to pick the leash up in their mouths and lead another animals around, just like their humans do to them.
In the below video, for example, a 6-year-old Golden Retriever named Sandy is out for a walk with her humans and her 14-week-old King Charles puppy brother Ringo when, at the owner's prompting, she actually goes and grabs the leash in her mouth and leads the tiny pooch during their walk.
It's absolutely adorable, but the coolest thing about this short video is the fact that Sandy not only keeps Ringo in line during the walk, but she also has the wherewithal to actually listen to her human's commands, correct her steps, and basically be the best behaved dog ever. Amazing!
