There is nothing more exciting than learning you're going to be a grandparent for the first time, and many people take it upon themselves to find creative and unique ways to announce their pregnancy. When Kimberly Lynn found out she was expecting, she flew her parents from Michigan to her home in Florida. They thought it was just a fun family weekend, but their daughter had a HUGE surprise in store.
In the video, she set up a video camera to capture her deaf parents' reactions to the baby news. She gave them gift bags that contained a framed ultrasound. At first, they think it's just a framed piece of art. Then, upon closer inspection, they realize the real surprise: they're going to be grandparents!
"I can't believe it," her mother says.
Her dad is completely overjoyed and exclaims, "I want to see the baby the day it's born!"
What a special way to announce the baby news. Their family won't ever forget this beautiful moment. The baby will be born in June 2015. Congrats to the happy couple!
