Dogs try so hard to be good, but it's just so much more fun to be bad.
These pooches are repenting for their naughty behavior on Thanksgiving, even though given the chance, they'd do it again. (Shh, don't tell Mom that!)
When my mom first met met my father's mother, she wanted to impress her as they planned on getting married, so she spent a long time preparing a wonderful Thanksgiving feast.
On the night she, my dad, and my grandma sat down to dinner, everything was going great…until my mom's German shepherd dog, Rita, stole the turkey off of the table!
My mom was mortified, but luckily, my grandma laughed and thought the whole thing was hilarious. To this day, we still refer to Rita as the "turkey thief."
