This Dog Has A Hilarious Way Of Asking For Water! His Owner Better Listen, Or Else!

Is it just me, or does this Frenchy, Tigger, look like The Boss? I've never seen such a serious face in my life! The way Tigger asks for water is the farthest thing from barks or tail wagging. He wants his water, no funny business! I wouldn't be surprised if Tigger was a mobster in another life!
