Easter is almost here, which means that pastel colors, Peeps, and egg-shaped candies are on their way as well.
When I was little, I definitely got to be involved in a few egg dyes, Easter hunts, and candy-filled binges.
Easter activities are the perfect way to celebrate the spring — I feel like sunshine and green grass are just as synonymous with the holiday as robin eggs and cellophane basket confetti.
But there is something else that always pops up around this time of year, along with all the eggs and the baked goods: those fuzzy little Easter chicks!
You know the ones — those little pom-poms of yellow fluff complete with black beady eyes, little orange beaks, and pokey wire feet.
They're usually used for spring-centric decorations or crafts, and there's bound to be one floating around your house right now if you're getting ready for Easter festivities.
One particular cat-friendly family found another way to incorporate the chicks for the holidays: by sticking them all over their cat!
The video clip below showcases a fluffy tabby lazily lying on his back while his big belly is absolutely covered in chicks.
If watching the cute clip doesn't get you in the holiday spirit, I don't know what will!
