He's a black and white frenchie, who is used to barking for what he wants – and by the look of how cute and funny he is, probably getting it too! In this hilarious video, Manny just won't stop yapping for the camera, but it's hysterical that his little bark doesn't sound like a dog's bark at all! It makes you wonder what exactly he's trying to say, doesn't it? Too funny!
