I felt this video deep in my heart. Whoever said dogs cannot respond to the suffering of others has never seen this video.

After a bird fell out of the family's tree and into a nearby garden, this 1-year-old Golden Retriever would not leave it's side. He laid in the dirt, licking the bird's wounds, and kept vigil all afternoon. He wouldn't go back inside until the bird was comforted, and could pass in peace knowing someone was there right next to it.

This dog's reaction is just amazing, you can tell he has so much concern for this poor bird.
