At the GW Zoological Park, there is a very strange yet wonderful friendship going on – Bonedigger, the lion, who was rescued as a cub and brought up in a house, has become particularly fond of a group of wiener dogs, and one wiener dog in particular: Milo. Even though Milo could easily be a tiny snack for Bonedigger, these two have become the absolute best of friends, and if you watch the video all the way to the end, there's even footage of Milo cleaning Bonedigger's teeth with his tongue!
As a cub, Bonedigger came to the Zoological Park mildly disabled, and Milo and his canine friends sensed he needed some extra help coming out of his shell. So, Milo did the unthinkable — he helped raise Bonedigger, and this majestic lion has since shown his appreciation to his tiny brother. No matter how hard they play, the lion always lets the dog win!
