If you've done yoga, you certainly know it's all about finding your center. It's an exercise that requires a lot of attention and distractions aren't really recommended.
The good thing about yoga is how easy it is to do at home – yoga enthusiast Jessamyn Stanley has proven that with her Instagram posts. All you need is a mat, a pair of yoga pants, and knowledge of the various techniques.
Unfortunately doing yoga at home is much easier said than done if you live with pets. On rare occasions, they might become the perfect workout buddy. But, most of the time, they'll be a major distraction.
The video below perfectly emphasizes why yoga at home is nearly impossible if you have furry friends running around. And it's absolutely hilarious!
For example, the downward facing dog position becomes exactly that. Just look at the woman at the opening scene and you'll understand exactly what I mean.
And good luck trying to relax with the child's pose. The position seems to encourage a pet to jump on their owner's back. At least that's what happens with the cat owners in the comical clip.
Watch below and try not laugh!
