2 Chainz and homeboy Nick Young dropped by RIF.LA. The store is known for being run by a few sneaker heads with excellent taste.
On this episode of GQ's Most Expensive Sh*t, 2 Chainz browses the collection of RIF.LA's most expensive curated sneakers.
Let's just say these sneakers are way more expensive then the top-selling kicks on the market right now.
The real question is: are they kicks really worth it? First Chainz and Swaggy P check out a dope pair of unreleased Air Jordan Easters. The asking price: $12,000.
When Chainz peeps the Air Yeezy Ones he comments, "It look like Yeezy wore these." They do look a little, um, musky.
Perhaps the dopest pair are the Nike Air Mags. They'll run you about $9,000. Ironically, the least dope pair are the most expensive.
"You can go to Iraq in them and look clean," Young says about the green pair of Jordans. Apparently they're the rarest pair of Jordans ever made. There are only 72 pairs in existence, first released at Undefeated L.A.
Patrons had to buy a shirt to get a raffle ticket to win the sneaker.
"The only way these could be worth it is if Michael Jordan wore them or if he had something to do with the finishing touches," Chainz says.
So how much are the most expensive pair of kicks? Watch the video below to find out.
