A father and son fishing is an iconic image of paternal bonding. And one lucky little boy, Teddy, will always be able to remember his first fishing trip thanks to his doting dad.
With Dad filming the day's adventures, the three-year-old boy stands on the dock. Suddenly, he feels a sudden tug on his fishing line. He's caught a fish! As the fish comes flying out of the water, Teddy is a little scared and seems confused as to what to do next.
As Dad helps him hold up the fish, the youngster stands back in awe as they reel it in, just like this adorable two-year-old girl who caught her first fish all by herself.
His reaction to catching his first fish is so genuine. This little boy is such an animal lover, and he has the biggest heart.
"What should we name it?" Teddy asks in the video. "He's a nice fishy… Can you touch it?"
The young boy decides to name his fish "Free" (something which comes true at the end of the video). The name, of course, is fitting for Teddy's personality — all he wants is for the fish to be free and happy!
Just when you think it can't get any cuter, Teddy asks, "Does he like me?" What an adorable little kid!
