Perhaps the most anticipated James Corden carpool karaoke moment just premiered — and it didn't disappoint. But how could it when it involves Adele, right?
The Grammy award winner hopped in the car with The Late Late Show host for the popular segment, which is always quite entertaining thanks to big acts like Carrie Underwood and One Direction, who have taken the ride before her.
As expected, Adele sang along to some of her famous jams. Of course that included "Hello," one of the biggest songs of 2015, and 2011's "Rolling in the Deep." But what makes this carpool moment even more entertaining was that she didn't just stop with her own songs.
After spilling her love for the Spice Girls and the heartbreak she felt when Ginger Spice left the group (join the club!), Adele eagerly sang "Wannabe" and knew every single word.
A while later, the singer also showed off another surprising talent: her rapping skills. That's right, she went full throttle on Nicki Minaj's verse from Kanye West's "Monster" and didn't miss a lyric. The epic moment even impressed Minaj, who referred to Adele as "Queen" on Instagram, adding, "I cried when she waved bye to the careers." (I think we all did!)
