Animal rights have made a huge headway when it comes to the cruel practice of using animals in circus acts!
20 years after the tragedy of Tyke the elephant — an animal performer with the Moscow International Circus that ended up revolting, killing her trainer and running rampant before being publicly gunned down — PETA has managed to get that very same circus to cease all animal acts.
The circus agreed after PETA was able to round up "67,000 supporters to e-mail the Neal S. Blaisdell Center in Honolulu, which had scheduled the Moscow International Circus to perform there in October, the first time since Tyke’s death that any circus with animals would have performed at the venue."
At first, the Moscow International Circus said they would not include elephants in their acts, but have since agreed to forgo all animals.
Please think twice before supporting circuses with animal acts – many of those animals are not given the life they deserve — and please SHARE this news!
Many circus animals are abused. It's high time this sort of act was phased out of circuses.

THIS is how these animals should live: free and happy.
