In this video from Daily Dose, a mother named Estefania found herself at a loss when her baby boy, Fernando, was acting strangely and waking up with mysterious bruises on his body.
Estefania made a nice living as a veterinarian after growing up with a supportive mother. Estefania and her partner, Oliveira, had been romantically linked since high school but parted ways during those postsecondary years due to differing life plans.
After the two split up, Estefania started dating a classmate, whom she would eventually marry and bring into the veterinary business that she set up on her inherited country property. Everything was going smoothly between the two until she discovered that her husband had cheated on her.
She decided to divorce her husband even after she discovered that she was pregnant after experiencing a fainting spell in her lawyer’s office.
When she was three months pregnant, none other than Oliveira showed up on her doorstep, and they decided to reconcile and raise the baby together.
Cut to when Fernando was 5 months old and suddenly had mysterious bruises. After she took him to the doctor and he told her that these contusions could have only come from another person, Estefania kicked Oliveira out, even though he denied ever laying a hand on Fernando.
But even after her partner had left their shared home, poor Fernando was still getting bruises, so Estefania set up a hidden camera in his bedroom.
