When this two-month-old tot sees herself in the mirror for the first time, her reaction is nothing short of adorable. When she spots her reflection, she grins with the biggest smile. I've heard that babies this young can't yet tell they're looking at themselves, and often think they're seeing a completely different person, so this baby has a very warm greeting to this smiley stranger!
According to Dad, the best way to get his daughter to stop crying is to stand with her in front of the mirror. Suddenly, her grumpy mood changes, and whatever she was crying about becomes a distant memory. It's quickly become one of her favorite activities.
"The first two months of parenting can be a nightmare, especially when it's 3 a.m., you're majorly sleep-deprived, and your baby won't stop crying. One of our favorite methods of soothing our fussy daughter was to let her smile at her own reflection! Her smiles and little coos would just melt our hearts!" the doting dad explained on YouTube.
