I am a sucker for proposals, especially if they involve family, puppies, or babies… maybe if they just involve any real love at all. A man deciding he wants nothing more than to spend the rest of his life with one woman? That's a grand gesture in itself, and some of these proposals you can find on the internet prove that the sky is the limit when it comes to options and ideas for popping that big question.
Now I may have given away the big ending of this video, but the ending proposal in itself isn't really the best part of this engagement waiting to happen. Much like the man who proposes to his girlfriend with a romantic getaway while hiding the ring in his pocket, Chris may have a question that Lauren will never forget awaiting her at the end of this heartfelt video proposal, but the video in itself and the surprise situation he sets up for her is what makes it all that more sappy and enjoyable for those romantics out there watching.
In order to make sure that Chris' agenda is not sniffed out by his girlfriend Lauren, he gets "lost" on a solo boat ride while she waits with his father. He makes sure that Lauren finds this iPad with a video waiting to be played, and from there, I'll let you be the judge of the romance and thoughtfulness.
She was not expecting to see these things on this iPad while she was worrying about finding her boyfriend, but when she does find this, I'd say her face shows she's pleasantly surprised. Props to Chris for getting this all done, well executed and unspoiled!
