How To Exercise With Your Cats! If You Love Cats, You’ll LOVE This!

If you're like me, you like to stay healthy, but doing the same exercise routine every day can get pretty boring. That's why I'm glad I stumbled upon the newest exercise craze: Cat-er-cising!

The way to do it is simple: Grab a few adorable kittens, and use them as resistance weights while you do a bunch of simple, functional movements. Just make sure you have someone around to record how adorable things are about to get!

There might be more efficient ways of getting fit, but I'm not sure there is anything cuter!
